We have had a very busy time baking bread for the Harvest Festival. We followed a Paul Hollywood ( Bloomer ) recipe to make a Harvest Wheatsheaf loaf. We have talked about kneading and proving the bread. The recipe only involves five simple ingredients. Everyone enjoyed making a bread roll which smelt amazing and tasted good too!
