Maths
In maths we have been working very hard as it is SATS week (Next week)
This week some of the year 6 pupils have excelled from getting 13/40 to 36/40 in maths tests and nearly everybody is getting at least 17 out of 20 in mental maths tests and improving their results. We are focusing on SATS style questions to prepare for next week.
Literacy
In literacy half of the class are working at a much higher level than at the beginning of year 6 and the answers that they are committing are at a greater level than ever before. The grammar that the class is doing is at level 6 style questions pushing us to the red zone…
