Week 3 (14/11/2016)

This week we have been enjoying the story of Little Red Riding Hood, reading several versions and spotting the similarities and differences. We have made a story map so that we can look at the pictures and retell the story. We hope to do some drama by wearing character masks or using stick puppets to tell the story.

If you look at the contact below you will be able to click on the power point and enjoy reading the story.

We have been learning about Andy Goldsworthy. He is a brilliant British artist who collaborates with nature to make his creations.

On Thursday it was a super windy day so we went outside to enjoy the blustery leaves blowing around. We collected leaves, sorted them out into different colours and made our own whole-class picture in the style of Andy Goldsworthy.

Enjoy the last few days of autumn by making your own picture at home!

Hopefully you will be able to view some pictures from our nature walk that we enjoyed before half term.
