Dear Parents/Carers,
Over the last two weeks we have been talking about different ideas and ingredients we could put into potions. The children created recipes for potions in families and then represented the ingredients with objects in our class including bricks for cheese rockets and plastic frogs for jumping frogs.
In Maths the children have been learning what they need to do to find out how many altogether, they have been encouraged to talk about how they would answer the question.
It was great to see so many Grandparents last week; the children really enjoyed having them in school and sharing their learning with them. Thank you for your time.
The children have all been given characters for their nativity and you should have received costume information in book bags. The children have started practicing the songs and next week we look forward to starting using our acting skills.
