I wanted to congratulate all of the children on their amazing performances this week; their hard work has really been noticeable. The children had a brilliant time watching Peter Pan and have all demonstrated how well they listen and follow instructions during the trip so a big well done to all of them.
In Maths this week we have been developing our understanding of number bonds by adding one digit numbers to one digit numbers and adding one digit numbers to two digit numbers. We have been trying to do this with the one thing many ways method.
In writing this week we have been focusing on letter formation and the presentation of our work in our books. We have also tried to use our brilliant writing in all the Christmas cards that we have made.
Reminder:
Please make sure your child is reading daily at home as this helps them maintain fluency in their reading. Reading books will be changed next Wednesday due to the children’s Christmas treat, which will take place on Thursday.
