In English this week, we have been continue to look at persuasive writing. We have been holding mini debates and we have written to Mrs Barton aiming to persuade her to let us have a new and improved environmental area. Next week we will be starting to look at report writing.
In Maths, we have been revising column addition and subtraction. We have also started to look at co-ordinates.
In Geography we have been learning about the importance of not wasting water. We looked at a range of characters and calculated how much water they use in a typical day.
In DT, we have started to make our own pencil cases and money containers.
We have been very busy watering our plants in class. We have been investigating different factors that affect the growth of plants.
Next week, we will be starting our transition mornings to Class 5.
