Another busy week in Year 6 and the children are really focussing on improving their skills. This week we’ve been working on another fantastic description, this time inspired by a clip of a dinosaur. In maths, we’ve been stretching our brains and moving on our mental maths skills and consolidating our work on times tables. All that practice at home is reaping results, so thank you again for the continued effort from home. This support is really valuable and I’ve been very impressed by the homework with some wonderfully high level descriptions – a really superb effort!
Please remember on Monday we will meet at Wallingford School at 08:45 in P.E. kit with a snack and drink – this is a great session and an opportunity to try out some new sports (P.E. kits will be sent home for the weekend)
