This week we have begun our ‘Under the Sea’ topic. We have read ‘Tiddler the Storytelling Fish’ and ‘The Rainbow Fish’. We have also listened to the story of Jonah and the Whale. In our literacy work we have used ‘wow’ words to describe fish and ordered pictures to retell stories. In Art, we have created some beautiful fish pictures using collage. In maths we have been learning about pairs of numbers that make 4, 5 and 6 – why not keep practising at home?
Task: Who can draw a picture of a creature that lives under the sea? Ask a grown-up to help you find some interesting facts about it. We will share these in class next week.
