Maths: In maths we have been looking at the base ten system, which we looked at, at the start of the of the year. On Tuesday we had a pack of digits from zero to nine. We made pyramids out of the digits from the pack. Next we wrote the numbers in words so we could understand more.
English: in English we have been reading Hansel and Gretel. We got to the page where Hansel and Gretel were alone in the forest. Next we started to write a paragraph in 1st person as if we were either Hansel or Gretel we were talking about what we could see, smell, hear, taste and touch.
History: In history we have been making our own Viking longboats out of paper. We made the Longboats by folding, cutting and gluing. Also we have been researching about Viking Longboats on a range of websites, and we are going to write a paragraph about the Longboats.
