What a busy first week back we’ve had!
We started on Monday with the excitement of the whole school photograph, followed by the even more exciting performance from boy band Taken. The children all had a great time! Then in the afternoon, Class 4 all did really well in our sharing assembly. Thank you to all of the parents who came to find out what we have been doing in class.
On Thursday we had a whole school French day. We enjoyed taking part in various French based activities and we learnt lots! Thank you to Madame Dark for organising the day.
Finally, we finished the week with a tea party to celebrate the Queen’s 90th birthday.
Next Wednesday we will be going on our class visit to Hill End. Please remember that all children will need a packed lunch and a drink. Children should wear old clothes, sensible shoes and have a sunhat/ suncream/ waterproofs/ wellies as appropriate.
