Class 4 have had a very busy week!
On Wednesday and Thursday we had our multicultural days. The whole school were split into 8 mixed year groups and we spent the two days rotating around different countries and activities. We all really enjoyed the days and we learnt lots of facts about different countries. Some of the activities including making shortbread in Scotland, making castanets in Spain and participating in Olympic Games in Greece.
On Friday we joined with Year 3 for a day all about our Armed Forces. We learnt about the role of the Armed Forces and we debated whether or not National Service should be compulsory in the UK. In the afternoon, we learnt about the history of the military. We also went outside and all took part in an obstacle course. Thank you to Miss Smith for organising and running the day.
We are all looking forward to sports day next week.
