This term in PE the children will be working outside again playing Tag Rugby and Football. Please can you ensure that your child has the following in their PE Kit:
- Trainers that are suitable for use on the school field
- Track suit bottoms
- A School PE Shirt
- Shin pads
- A sweatshirt (School Hoodies can be purchased from the Office).

Art
This week in art we have been focusing on George Seurat. We have been using his style of picture. Seurat created the style of lots of tiny dots to make a big piece of artwork. Here is an example of his work.

English
In English we have been writing our 500 word stories. Here are some short paragraphs of some of the stories
Mia wished she lived in the countryside, with lush green grass, the soft noiseless breeze blowing the wild flowers making them dance like fairies. Instead she was in the middle of the city. She had her own car and was planning to move to the country side, with her beloved ginger tabby cat Lilly.

A far off sound of rushing water tumbled down the side of the rocky cliffs. The sun shone brightly on the crisp grass like a torch. The old, wooden deck creaked quietly in the wind.

In maths we have been doing tests on problem solving and division, multiplication and adding and subtracting. We have also been doing equivalent fractions.
P.E.
In P.E. we have been doing tag rugby and football . We have been practicing defence and our throwing skills. We have also learnt about attacking.
