Dear Parents/Carers,
This week the children have been rehearsing for their nativity. They have been performing on the stage and they have been excited to experience the stage lights. The children are very excited about performing their ‘Nativity’ on Wednesday 6th December 2017 at 9.30am with year six. The children are becoming more familiar with the nativity story and have started creating headdresses for their costumes and well as making props.
In maths the children have been learning about adding. They have been practicing counting on to find the answer. You could help at home by practising counting on from any number.
In phonics the children have been introduced to all phase two graphemes the children should now have these all as flashcards please practice these at home. Play games make words and phrases such as ‘dog and cat’.
