You may have heard in the news that this year is the 750 celebration of the Simon de Montford Parliament from 1250. As part of the celebrations Members of the House of Commons and Parliament’s Education Service nominated primary schools from across the UK to create a flag to represent their constituency. We were very lucky to be chosen as the school to represent the Henley constituency and spent a few afternoons in October creating our entries. Here are a few photos of our project for you to enjoy.
