In English this week, we have been continuing our work based around Myst V. We have been thinking about the features of non-chronological reports and use of the present tense. We have started to plan a non-chronological report that we could write about the linking bubbles in the Myst V game. We will be continuing with this next week.
In Maths, we have been working on addition and subtraction word problems. We have been thinking carefully about the important information and how this can be represented in a bar model. We have then been using different written methods to solve the 1 and 2 step problems.
In History this week we started to think about the Romans and how the Roman Empire spread across Europe. We are all really looking forward to our visit to the Oxfordshire Museum next week. Please make sure that permission slips have been returned to school.
