Class 5 have been thinking carefully about how we learn and giving Mrs. Barlow some advice on how best to make our learning experiences exciting and memorable! We identified how it is important to enjoy our learning but keep challenging ourselves all the time!

Our topic this term is ‘The UK and Beyond’ where we will be metaphorically travelling around the world, and back in time, too! Our home learning, as explained on Wednesday, is mostly based around ‘The Vikings’ and the most beautifully presented work will be displayed in our classroom. Many of these tasks are challenges that you can complete as a family, in order to help your child fully engage with their learning. Next week we will be starting recorders in Music (so please bring them into school on Monday!), exploring Roald Dahl’s writing in more detail in Literacy, looking at maps in Geography and mentally solving problems in Maths!
